- Order must be over $75 to qualify for free ground shipping.
- Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.
- Free Shipping is only offered on Ground Shipping. All expedited shipping will be available at their normal cost.
- Excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Free Local Delivery For Online Orders in Some Areas South San Diego Every Tuesday and Friday Only. (National City, Chula Vista, Coronado, Otay Mesa, Imperial Beach)
- Order must be over $50 to qualify for free delivery. An email/text will be sent out with delivery details once your order is ready!
- Orders placed between Saturday - Monday, delivery will be on TUESDAY.
- Orders placed between Tuesday - Thursday, delivery will be on FRIDAY.

Shipping Couriers
We ship our packages via USPS.
US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Tracking number will be provided.
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by air or priority, and normally arrive within 2-3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
